Provide Youth Coding Training
Coding has been proposed by recent studies as one of the best-paying careers in the modern world. It’s a field that helps control the interaction of people and machines, which is becoming more prevalent as technology evolves. We’ve shared some other reasons why women should consider a career in this field:
- Much like real-life language, coding functions as a way to communicate and exercise logical thinking. While real-life language is for people, coding is for the digital space.
- Coding nurtures creativity by letting learners improve their problem-solving skills, find workarounds, and learn from their mistakes. They become confident problem solvers in the long run.
- Since coding involves math, the field helps women improve their abstract thinking skills and apply them to real-life situations.
- Coding helps enhance planning and organization skills.
STEM Awareness Programs for Adults
Our nonprofit holds a program where adults can learn science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) skills. These sessions help enhance their confidence and expand their knowledge in these fields. As they learn, new opportunities open for them in a world that’s exceedingly dependent on STEM. Our program will:
- Teach Critical Thinking Skills
- Create a Drive Towards Innovation
- Improves Problem-Solving Skills
